Scope
This policy covers the nexudo.tech website. Each app we publish has its own policy, listed on the app privacy page. In short: this site has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking cookies, and the little data it touches is described in full below.

The contact form
When you send us a message, the form collects your name, your email address, and your message, and your IP address is used at that moment to limit abuse. The submission is emailed to our inbox and is not stored on this website. We use it only to reply to you.
The breach checker
The email address you enter is sent to the Have I Been Pwned service to run the check, then discarded. We never store or log it. The lookup is subject to that service's own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build personal profiles.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the service, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights under UAE law
We process personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL): we collect the minimum needed to answer your message and run the site, and nothing else. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete what we hold about you, which in practice is the emails you have sent us. Write to contact@nexudo.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Messages you send us are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our work together, then deleted.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal data.
- Show ads or use advertising trackers.
- Store your form submissions or breach-check queries on this site.
Children
This site is addressed to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
